Psychotherapy with somatic techniques can help alleviate many debilitating aspects of anxiety. By working with a therapist, over time, your anxiety can become less dense and all consuming and instead more diffuse and more tolerable.  Learning ways to move and sense your physical self, can also help you experience the world in the present with more ease and self-compassion.

For both children and adults, the nature of therapy is special. You can share all the stuff you aren’t “supposed to” say in your daily life. There are no grades, no performance evaluations, no litmus tests. We will, however, move with purpose—co-creating plans and strategies to figure out what you value and what choices you can make to move towards those values.
